Wheeeeeeeee!!!!
You know what I miss most each time I'm away from home?
My walker.
My sweet, dependable, good old walker.
The other day when we came back from PD I was so happy to be back inside my walker that I whizzed from one end of the house to the other at breakneck speed that I think I got my folks a little bit concerned. But no worries, I've got everything under control. Ahem, the walker and me, we've got an understanding *nods*
Mum bought me a new buggy-stroller. The kind that strapped you in, tight. The good thing about this new stroller is that it's a lot easier to maneuver compared to the old one. And I can see so much more of what's in front of me while reclining comfortably. The downside is, yeah, you got it, I can't move. With the old one I can at least make an attempt to clamber out but with this one? No way. I'm strapped. In. Tight. But of course, from my Mum's point of view, I'd be Safe and Snug.
Oh well, it's just one of those things that a baby has to put up with. The carseat? Can't move a muscle. That cloth-carrier thingie? I can't even twitch a muscle.
*sighs*
Thank God for my good friend The Walker. It makes me feel as free as the wind. It used to belong to my Abang Luqman, you know, and I love the feeling of being where my brother used to be five years ago. At times I can almost smell him there, his poo ... eeww, better not go there.
Me and my wheels.
